TPG Road Work: Week Of Sept. 6, 2022

AMITE—Due to the Labor Day holiday, road work will resume Tuesday, Sept. 6, across much of Tangipahoa Parish.

Parish President Robby Miller said all Tangipahoa Parish Government offices are closed on Monday in observance of the federal Labor Day holiday. The Tangipahoa Parish Landfill will also be closed Monday due to the holiday.

Road work will resume on Tuesday with dressing work scheduled on Beckendorf, Celia, North Lee Hughes, Bradley Court Subdivision, Rohner Road, Morris Retreat Road, and Dummyline Road.

Paving is expected to begin on Cannino, Crapanzano, Mayeaux, and Greco Roads, weather permitting.

The RPC contractor will not be working in Tangipahoa next week, Miller said.
