Friends, FYI attached. This graphic has been prepared by the US Chamber of Commerce and attempts to provide some initial guidance for small businesses who may be eligible for assistance through the Paycheck Protection Program that was included in the CARES Act that became law yesterday. 

While official guidance from the SBA has not yet been posted, we strongly encourage all business owners to reach out to their local banks & lenders, as the forgivable loan program will be run directly through local lenders.
