Be Prepared - If you are new to Tangipahoa Parish or the state of Louisiana, we have put together helpful information to make sure you will be prepared for any storm we face.

Tangipahoa Parish Road Closure Map Use this portal to see road closures, flooding, and other information related to the road conditions in Tangipahoa Parish.

River Flood Stage Map - The most up-to-date information on river levels.

Entergy Outages Map - Follow the link and then zoom in or select "Outages by Parish" or "Outages by Zip Code".

Tangi Alert - This is an emergency notification program will provide residents with alerts about any hazardous event. Messages will be sent to residents on their preferred contact paths - cell phone, SMS, home phone, email, fax, pager and more - to ensure real-time access to potentially lifesaving information.

Tangipahoa Emergency Preparedness - The Tangipahoa Parish Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness (TPOHSEP) is the coordinating agency for emergency and disaster activities.

Tangi Parish President Robby Miller was on hand at today's ribbon cutting ceremony for the new LTC Sidney Dugas ROTC Obstacle Course on the SLU campus. This project will help not only our SLU students but also local emergency responders who can use it for training. #TeamTangi
