John Ingraffia your Tangipahoa Parish Councilman district #2 was elected in 2020 and re-elected in 2024. As your councilman he also serves on the following:

John and Melissa Canal have been happily married since 1988 and have three wonderful daughters and one granddaughter. Being a successful dairy farmer for over thirty five years, he was asked to serve on the advisory committee for First South Farm Credit Bank. After serving eight years in this position he was then elected onto their board of directors. He also served on the Dairy Promotion Board which promotes the health and wellness of all dairy products. His retirement from the dairy industry in the fall of 2023 was bittersweet but opportune as it now affords him more time with family and his growing commitment to the Parish Council.
